Meeting of the Executive Committee of the State Central Committee on May 30, 2019

Main Motion:  I move that the position of the RPV regarding the 97th House Legislative District nomination process is that the ruling of the 1st Congressional District Republican Committee of May 20, 2019 is in full force and effect unless the ruling is appealed and the State Central Committee rules differently, and that the actions and statements by the RPV Staff, the RPV website, and the Chairman reflect this position.

Motion carried with 7 voting for, 4 against, and 1 abstention.

Background information - Attorney Jeff Adams has extensive knowledge of the law, State Party Plan, and Roberts Rule of Order; and he serves on the State Central Committee, representing the 6th Congressional District.  Jeff Adams, Esq. was one of lead plaintiffs who helped get the Incumbent Protection Act overturned
